MTBC claims that they charge 5% of colections but since they also charge 5% of co-pays and cash pay I find it to be more like 5% of total charges. Somewhat misleading. But they are a "partner" with AC. Like Nuance DNS 10 Medical? Why dont we just drop the partnership? What are we getting in return from these "partnered" vendors?
