1. You can use the same user profile across multiple computers by initiating Roaming. If you would like a step-by-step on Roaming your user files, look up “roaming” in the previously mentioned Quick Tips.

2. You can move your user files to a thumb drive or network drive and use the same files on each computer. We refer to this as Poor Man's Roaming which has the advantage of working with all versions of NaturallySpeaking; not just the professional ones. You'll find a step-by-step on this process in the previously mentioned Quick Tips when you look up “thumb”.

3. You can simply copy your user profile from one computer to another. As you have probably already surmised, you'll find a step by step on this when you look up “copying”.
