I am just seeing this now as well. The meeting was yesterday. I got a reminder email from AC on 7/25 about it; I think I got one more prior to this. Once again, it does not seem that emails from AC are getting to users as they should be. I would suggest that each of you contact AC directly, and/or speak to Jon Bertman. The meeting was decent, but sparsely attended.

I thought it was a scam but for HHS Compliance Amazing Charts is calling users, the email came from an address kioware and the [censored], apparently kioware is a program of Harris's other company.
Some email accounts like outlook do not work well with automated notifications from websites they get blocked You might want to try a gmail account and see if you get better results on notifications

Yes, I received a call from a Harris/AC representative today, and was concerned that it was a scam as well. Had not received an e-mail in advance of the call, though he did send me one during the call. Still a little bit skeptical. ACZ

Riley, I do not show it being blocked or sent to spam in my email. I get the other emails from Amazing Charts so not sure why these other emails would be blocked. I also do not think I have unsubscribed. I did log in to my account to check and the email address is correct as well as the phone for text and fax. My preference is set for email and I have clicked yes to send me notices. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help fix this issue.

I was in the user meeting today. I'm feeling good about AC listening to our concerns. They shared they are working on modernizing the whole program. The main complaint was speed of the software and timely response from support. They did share that we can chat with support instead of calling and never getting anyone on the phone: https://amazingcharts.com/acsupport/
I encourage you all to attend the next user meeting so you can voice your concerns.

I am not getting notifications about meetings. My email is not blocked. I have never subscribed OR unsubscribed. Posting here isn't going to notify most of us. There is a problem with AC's blast email system.
Riley confirmed my email address at the last meeting. AC is not blocked because I get the bills. She did not see a block or any problems but still did not get notice. Bert, most wont see it if just posted here but at least some of us will. Same complaint, different day, no communication with AC.
