Hello All,

When I the Addendum notice pops up on a patient, I've noticed that they aren't in chronological order. I'd like the latest entry to be at the top. Often it's tucked somewhere near the bottom of the page, in between other older dated entries.

Is there a setting I need to adjust?

I am not sure what you mean by "the Addendum notice pops up on a patient." I have never had an addendum pop up. Could you explain more?

Any addendum that I write on a patient is listed in the visit history in chronological order on the date it was written. You can even write one for next month if you want, and it will appear at the top of the encounters and messages. Or you can write one for two months ago, and it will be at the bottom.

Personal setting Bert??? You can allow or not allow the last addendums to pop up as you open the chart. Did I really just tell you something about AC you didn't know??? Naaa, couldn't be... I must be dreamin' at this late hour....

Almost Paul. I definitely have that turned off. I find it not very helpful. And, the one that pops up is not necessarily the last one written. I guess I was going on where do the addendums save. Then, there are the reminders, etc. I also recall when I would receive a popup if a message had been sent but not read. I turned that off too. It took three clicks. I don't know, it's all very confusing.
