Not sure there are many things one can do to keep the Czar away. Many people say to make sure your coding is within the norm but what the heck is the norm as it keeps changing and is different from region to region.
Don't let your coding change all too suddenly. But god forbid you learn something new about how to code your visits better, then what should you do. Do what you honestly think is the best way to accurately reflect the services you are providing.
So just be the best honest doc you can and hope that they really do want the few real sleezeballs out there and may the Czar stay far, far away from you....
