Guys,
I can't seem to log off the board. I have developed the good habit of not simply closing a browser or going to the next website but to actually "log-out or off" of the site like this board that I am on. I have been told by those that seem to know better than I that this is the proper and more secure thing to do.

Well today both at the house and just now here at the office I can't log out try as I might from the log out on the top right corner...

Anybody else experiencing this. Oh and you'll all laugh but I am using IE 7 if it matters... I'll go to the little box and sit in shame for two minutes for bad surfing....

I spent a long time trying to make my computer keep me logged in all the time ....... to each his own.

P.S. Try going to tools and erase all passwords. Then we you log back in make sure you are not hitting the button to keep the password or letting IE 7 keep the password for you......

Why would anyone laugh? Everyone knows that IE7 is the absolute bestest browser there is. Steve Balmer himself told me so....

I was under the impression that staying logged or just clicking to another site was a small but real security issue and risk. So now I always log off of sites before I leave them, just in case...

Oh and I never allow my browse or the website to remember my passwords for me... I thought that was another real security no, no.

Any tech savvy person know for sure one way or the other here???

Except for my online banking, I want to be logged in as long as possible, and I want every website to have my username and password cookies. I have enough to remember as it is.

Now I know you are fairly security conscience but is this safe and secure??? I gather if you are doing it, then it must be, but I heard that it was better to manually log in and out all the time.

But anyway, right now, when I go to log out of this board on the upper right hand corner it just won't let me go.. Anyway else having this problem???
