Someone help me find the thread. One of the members here had a thread that I didn't have time to study before I left for Branson and now I can't find it or remember the author. It was the one with the template for questions that the MA could fill out, and blank out the reply that did not apply and the remaining answer, if in CAPS was the 'bad' answer and required action. Who's was this? And what was this? Martin

I was almost certain it was yours, but then I couldn't find where I had seen it. I was looking in posts too recent, because recently I had seen it at Branson! Thanks. I am stealing it.

I give you joy of it, Marty.
If Jon would make the search feature display the text block associated with the free text you search for, it would make this technique a lot more powerful.

I think Special Ed could whip out a program similar to IMH only cheaper and not done on a subscription basis. My guess is it would be customizable. The only thing is it would need an SDK so it would interface with the HPI, etc. Otherwise, it would be all cut and paste.

I am looking at a series of custom questions that will make sure we pick up all the HEDDIS and P4P stuff. Gonna try out BC's tip from the conference where he suggested we use the label OF the template,IN the template so that we only have to search for the label, (ie: QA1, QA2 etc.) Like it.
