I get over 200 faxes a day. I'm switching our Toshiba (monster) printer/fax/scanner over to be our fax inbox and upload them to the server periodically.
When I look at these pdfs, I want to be able to sign it quickly and send it to my MA so SHE can then file in in AC. I want this to be one key stroke, similar to what I do now with my pen. I initial a paper, and put it in her in basket for her to file in the paper chart.
What programs do you use for hotkeys (quick keys)?
Is this what people do? Or do you have your staff input into AC first then go through all the flagged names in the messages?
