I am not sure why I just noticied it today but when I am in the room w a patient and writing their Rx's the med allergy is stating none noted on the RX but it is on the encounter page. Can you tell me what I am doing wrong.

Long term glitch - any allergies entered this visit will not be reflected on scrips until you sign off encounter. Would suggest that we all use "REPORT A BUG" on the progam and ask him to fix this.

I did report the bug, tech support called me and also said to please report it under recomended improvements. She said that perhaps if it is seen as a need they can change it with the version due out this summer.

It definitely is not a but. It is a feature that needs to be added. The probably is (most likely) it is difficult to add something to the database until the note is saved. So adding something (here) is difficult to make it go (there) all in the same note.

This was brought up to Jon multiple times at the Conference. He started off one of his talks by telling us that he was aware of the bug and they were going to fix it.

Not to be picky (sorry Brian), but I wouldn't really think of it as a bug, although it is certainly reproducible (like 100% of the time).

Right, Bert -- I did not speak with sufficient precision -- it's not a bug, it's a feature!!!
