I was just looking at the OfficeMax flyer from this weekends Sunday paper and I've thought this a thousand times yet never posted it. Instead of exporting an entire file with every patients address data to then be able to use such data for mailing labels (although being able to mass mail might be good at times too) and whole batch of labels. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to use on of the those $50 Brother brand, indiviual label printers so as to be able to just print a few labels a day for select daily patient mailings?

Same idea, not sure if it is practical or not, but to be able to print a basic lab label with Name and DOB on it... Just another save some effort, keep things private, would be sweet and hopefully not very difficult either to drive Jon mad for a small feature. Window envelopes have gone thru the roof lately and the way AC prints many things there is still room for some other PHI type data to be seen thru the windows frequently so I'm a little antsie about that. Sure would be nice to just be able to buy good old cheap no window envelopes in bulk, stamp our return address on it with our stamp and slap a sticker on it and be done with the whole thing (short of folding papers and licking, sealing that is).

Just a nice little wish. The AC make a wish drive.... Weeeeeee wink

AARRGGHH!! LOL smile I have pointed people to these posts for months. I already have it patented. It works so well, it's ridiculous. Of course, with Special Ed's Label Software, it works for many more things. Again, we couldn't live without it. You can use it for lab labels, patient charts, addresses, etc., etc.

I will be demoing it at Branson so maybe it will be videotaped.
