Even I who has resisted like all heck has come to the understanding that one needs to see the devil in the details of their billing so as to then be able to properly attack the underlying problems whatever their cause may be. Being in a blackbox where the claims go in and you really don't know or understand what happened inbetween is the road to ruin, I know we are driving it. We both need to find an in house self managed solution, mostly learn it and pray like heck you can hire the right person or two who will never leave you... Yeah I know, that is why we need to know it too.... Best of luck to you, please wish me the same...
