It would be great if AC could have some standardized forms - like diabetic monofilament foot exam forms, ABI forms, other suggestions welcome.
If we could have some basic forms in office notes we could fill in and save as an ADDENDUM / Procedure it would make nice standardized easily searched records.

editable and customizable with the ability to have patients sign them with something like the signature pad at the checkout counter of the supermarket.... We discussed this a while back. But I gather you docs want the medical ones as much as us PM's want the other types....
