This is my next to last day here, so I wanted to say T.T.F.N. to all of you. And to a select few:
Bert the Dominator: May no one surpass your post total, but watch out for Paul. You are a truly gifted person, technically anyway! I've enjoyed chatting with you and getting to know that other, darker side of you. (Let the others wonder!)
Adam: What can I say? You are a true pervert after my own heart! I know you and Bert will be a force to reckon with at the AC mtg...
Leslie: Well, girlfriend, you're on your own. You are really one of a kind. It's been fun reading about the asses!
Paul: I admit that I've only been able to skim most of your posts (I do have a job, you know), but I've printed them out. Once I finish reading "War and Peace", I will have the time to really digest them.
Brian: What a refreshing poster! You've brought reality and humor to the board, in the nicest possible way. I have my own thoughts about what your avitar represents, but will keep it to my self!
Anyway, thanks for the memories. It's been great getting to know some of you better thru these last several months, even though I will never get to that Top Ten board. Good luck to all of us!

"So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, GOODBYE!!" "Adieu, adieu! To you, and you, and you!" "High on a hill was a lonely goatherd/Lay-hee-yodel-ay-hee-yodel-ay-hee-hoo!" "Edelweiss! Edelweiss! Every morning you greet me Small and white, clean and bright You look happy to meet me! Blossom of snow, may you bloom and grow, Bloom and grow forever! Edelweiss, Edelweiss! Bless my homeland forever!" Now, what were we talking about again? Donna leaving? The lady that got me the "Sound of Music" soundtrack going through my head today? Good riddance, I say!!! Seriously, Donna, I pray you "travel mercies," as is the custom down here. If you ever find yourself on the Internet at your new job , we'd love to hear how you're doing!

Donna, Just PM'ed ya. As us old stagehands would say, Break a leg...
"May the applause be so loud, that you knees have to bend so low, as to break a leg...."
don't be a stranger. You are still always welcome here just like some other non-AC'ers.. If you'll have us.....

Geez Paul, I think it might be hard to get back on, what with Vinny's new obstacle course. I promise to drop in occasionally, since I'll actually have a computer at home (here's me...kicking and screaming into the 21st century!). And here's another one for you Paul, "Doe, a deer, a female deer". Ha!Ha!

Donna,
You will be missed! Good luck in your new endeavors, whatever they may be. I am sure your new compadres will appreciate your humor as have I. And, remember what Gilda Radner said, "Doctors are whippersnappers in ironed white coats Who spy up your rectums and look down your throats. And press you and poke you with sterilized tools And stab at solutions that pacify fools. I used to revere them and do what they said 'Til I learned what they learned on was already dead."
"It just goes to show you it's always something."
Good luck, Donna.
Leslie

Leslie Hospital Employed Physician Who Misses The Old AC

Truly, the message boards will be a saddened place w/ out Donna. We will miss the unscrupulous flirtations between my good friend Bert and Donna. Your humor and perspective were appreciated in the short time I've been on the AC boards. Thanks Donna and good luck!
Don't be a stranger, you have our email addresses.

Thanks for all of your best wishes! This is going to be a great move for me, professionally and personally. I might even meet that sugar daddy who can support me in the manner to which I hope to become accustomed. Just in case, my email address is: donna.jones16@yahoo.com, but it will be next week at least before I'm done moving in. As I told Paul and Nancy in a PM, I have a robin's nest with 2-3 eggs waiting to hatch outside my window in Sacramento--what better sign is that?? Thanks again, and keep in touch. I'll be on the boards today until at least 3-4 pm PT today. May the kind words keep coming!

Donna, In all honesty your log in is not tied to your practice... Just look at Al & Hamilton and few other interlopers here. Just take the log in page address with you and go to that address and you'll be golden from there... Heck, I think some of those AC docs in California would be fools not to give you a test drive. Let's chat via email and PM some time soon... Hey from about 16-25 I worked as a NYC mover for some of the best local movers, NJB, Piramid, Van Gogh to name a few. Prep, prep, prep. It the pack before the move that will allow your stuff to survive even a ten block move... Trust me on this one. It's worth the extra effort. And get lots of card board from your local liquer stores (I'm sure you have credit there, two buck chuck...). They are clean with no food or bugs or any sort, and their size and strength is good too. Talk to ya soon, Paul

Hey Paul, that description of boxes kinda sounds like what I look for in a man! Sorry, couldn't stop myself...
Actually, the move will be done on Sat thank God. It's just unpacking that will take awhile. But it's all part of the excitement, huh? And yes, I will be lots closer to a Trader Joe's so any time you need a fix, let me know.
As far as a job goes, I really need to be down there to find work. Resumes can only do so much. But, I'm only 1/2 mile from a Walmart, so I'm practicing "do you need a cart today??" just in case. It's not great money, but you do meet a real slice of life!

Good luck and take care Donna! Your inuendos and your sense of humor will be missed!
BTW, I always liked the Simpson's version of that song better...."DOH!, a deer, a female deer..."

Thanks David. I'm just sad that I never got to add a snappy, representative avitar! Any suggestions???
