Did the beta 12.4.0 last week. Install was smooth and includes SQL 2022 engine upgrade.
So far runs about same as 12.3.x. Maybe a bit faster response.
Don't need any new features. Only need the rare .net errors and program crashes tracked down and fixed. Same as with previous versions.

We send A LOT of controlled substances on eRx. About 1 in 8 have the wrong date to be filled on them making them invalid. Do you know if this is fixed?

I have the same problem. Did not know it was random. Not sure if fixed. Time will tell.
