For at least the last 2 months when I try to access drug history, I get a popup that says, "This patient is NOT eligible for formulary." I tried to submit a ticket to support online only to fill out the form, press submit and nothing happens and it doesn't register it was sent. The latest chapter of "Why I hate Amazing Charts."

This is so upsetting. I got someone on their chat yesterday after waiting for 3 hours and they said someone would call me before the end of the day due to it being an emergency we can't use LabCorp after the 12.3.1 update. What the hell is going on with this company?

Try changing the requested months. ie if it says 3 months change to 4 months then try again. I sometimes do that and "magically" for some patients the drug history shows up. Theo Stephens
