Is there a way to remove a medication from the general list of meds to be prescribed?

TY

What version AC are you on? At what stage are you trying to remove?

Should be able to inactive and then remove in the prescribing window. You should also be able to inactivate in the "current medications" window of the chart as well as the summary tab.

AC.12.3.

I am trying to remove Crestor sprinkle form. It is listed first in our list and I keep choosing it accidentally. instead of the tablet

Most likely it was added to your favorites list, which is why it is showing up first on the list. Open any patient and search the medication, the first couple that show up on the dropdown will be your favorites (previously prescribed meds). You will be able to spot these as they also have a sig on the line. To remove one, click the "x" to the right of the line. This will remove it as a favorite. You cannot remove the base form (non-favorited version) of the medication from the database.

Thanks Mark@AC, glad to have you back posting on here. I know you take a lot of heat for the AC team.
