Um, is this a new License Agreement that AC/Caretracker just put out saying they can add/subtract or do anything to the program without notification and it is the users requirement to 'periodically' go online and check the Software License and Hosting Agreement for changes. I'm sorry but that gets a double WTF in my book!
Couldn't log in today without reading and accepting the agreement.
Comments welcome

The same thing popped up for me during the day while in with a patient. Of course, I was having to restart AC after it locked up AGAIN. I just signed it and moved on, what else are you going to do in the middle of the day when you're busy. Remember when the agreement from Jon said something to the effect: this is here because the lawyers make us!

The EULA says we agree that they can literally do whatever they want to our software agreement with them, without any notice.

I wonder if that is even legal.

On top of that there is the lack of basic respect from Harris to set this up so that you literally cannot see a patient first thing on a Monday morning without signing the agreement.

That is not the way to treat long-term customers you care about retaining; it is the way to tell people that you don't give a damn about them.

I just received an email stating that the only change was the EULA links.

"This prompt was triggered by a technical update to the URL location of the EULA following our website infrastructure upgrade. "

I have not had the time to review the EULA although I did download it for the future

I'm very annoyed that I am locked out of the EMR until I agree to a mutipage document I do not have the time to read

Hi Everyone.

Here is the official communication that should have gone out from our support department:

After a routine medication database update on July 24th, 2025, you may have noticed a prompt asking you to re-acknowledge our End User License Agreement (EULA) when launching the application or restarting certain services.

This prompt was triggered by a technical update to the URL location of the EULA following our website infrastructure upgrade.

Please rest assured:
- The EULA itself has not changed - it is still the same version from 2023.
- The prompt will only appear once, and once accepted, it will not continue to pop up on subsequent login attempts.
No further action is needed beyond clicking to acknowledge.

We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Hi Chris.

Thanks. I was on vacation for a bit, and then I have been working on implementation for some of the new products we rolled out.

We are actually having one of the monthly meetings this Wednesday at 3pm EST. Here is the link to register: https://events.teams.microsoft.com/event/392e175b-ca0d-4c9f-9be0-d033cf1921bd@d0748657-f5a8-4d8b-8a16-b848c23ea8cb
