Got this email today: We're excited to announce that Amazing Charts Version 12.3 is now in beta and will be available to all users soon! This release delivers major stability improvements, introduces new FHIR-standard features, and enhances functionality through AC Patient Connect, our new patient engagement platform.
I gave up on Updox's terrible portal. I wonder if AC Patient Connect is a video telehealth platform, portal, or both. Hopefully they will beta test the heck out of this before release.

Got the same email and will be interesting to see how it rolls out. I am not Beta Testing. Is anyone on the forum a Beta tester?

"I wonder if AC Patient Connect is a video telehealth platform, portal, or both", It does not have these features and will be an extra charge monthly, will still need UpDox if you use it for fax and portal. They discussed this feature at the 3/19 meeting. New feature includes self scheduling and imported forms.

Missed the meeting on the 16th, anyone attend?

So is 12.3 build 373 still beta? Email sounded almost like a release

It is still 12.2 on the AC website, must still be beta testing..........

I was at the meeting. Several bug fixes promised in 12.3.
It is still in beta.
No release date mentioned.

I installed 12.3 final over the weekend.
No issues so far
Install went smoothly on all computers

Did you just see it was available when you logged in? I did not get any email or notices about it being available.

V 12.3 seems to have been released for download and upgrade. Script writer takes less time to load. I could not install the prescription monitoring program license. It is sad that we have to install Prescription Drug Monitoring License every time we change the AC version. Have reached out to the support.

You have two options to upgrade to the newest version of Amazing Charts. Use the "Schedule Upgrade" to complete an appointment request and have our Support team assist, or select "Self-Upgrade" to download the latest version from the Amazing Charts Customer Portal.

*Please Note: If you are waiting to implement bi-directional lab and radiology orders and results through OpenText, you'll need to be on version 12.3 to proceed.

"Are you telling me that AC's email list is somehow incomplete?" HMMMMM how to answer, so I have been told I am on the list, confirmed the email is correct but somehow still don't get all of the emails. They sure figure out how to email me for any bills!

Installed version 12.3 on my server and clients last week without much of an issue. So far seems to work well and the number of random Amazing Charts crashes that would occur is MUCH improved. Agree with others that the prescription module is a bit snappier as well.

But really it's not having to restart Amazing Charts after a crash - sometimes several times a work day - that has made a significant quality of life difference for my office.

Thanks for update!

I plan on updating to 12.3 this week and will post back when I do. Anyone having any issues? Is anyone very pleased with the changes?

Having issues with Midmark for AC app. Sometimes it does not display ECG and throws an error that says the app is already running. It makes having an ECG in the chart useless as you cannot see or print or fax or do anything with it. It just will not open. Started happening after the 12.3 install.
Also the med refill counter does not give you the correct count of refills.

Seems more stable for me.

Reset refil counter by running tuner app or utilotoes optimize when no one is using AC.
