A relatively new patient (seen 1 month ago first time) came in for follow up visit today. Her chart wouldn't come up in AC using any part of her name, did a report using SS# and found her chart number put that in ID box and her chart came up. Tried again using her name and same result nothing. No restrictions linked to her chart. All other patient charts come up doing search by name. Suppose I'll let AC support know, I did ask the patient if she was an apparition she wasn't sure, hadn't had her coffee yet.

I have not seen this but one staff member states she has seen this happen due to a space either before or after the name in the demographics.

Thanks you get an Atta Boy for responding and getting me to look at the demographics, seems the problem was patients' name was entered wrong in demographics first and last name switched did the correction and now working normally(however that is defined). Thanks again
