Is there a way to see what insurance was active at a specific past patient visit? I can see past/inactive insurances, but not which was active at each visit. The VFC rep needs this information desperately...

I would think your biller would be able to find this information. I don't think that AC demographics keeps this unless an AC tech can look at a log of patient changes.

I had a related question to ask forum contributors. What do guys use for automated insurance / benefit verification? Our office keeps struggling with this and end up cancelling patients at the time of the visit as we were out of network or the patient had a deductible etc. Interested in a service that will integrate with AC and automatically verify benefits for everyone on the schedule ahead of time. Thanks
