How do you add a new med or correct one since moving to Version 12.0. I don't see it in the help area and can't find the file with the directions.
Thank you

Double click in Current Medications box in patient chart that brings up Current Medications List where you can make your additions deletions or changes

Koby , thank you.
I meant that since we updated the database of medications when AC changed the e prescribing vendor, I have medications that are codified but sill can't be sent.
I went through that whole process of updating the database of medications. For example, I can not send Crestor 20 mg (even though it is codified ) electronically. I can send rosuvastatin 20 mg. Certain patients only want brand products. I must have screwed up when I set the data base up.
My bad in not fully explaining my problem.

NOPE, you didn't mess up the only Crestor available is 40mg otherwise you have to send in a rosuvastatin.
You can put in Crestor 20mg, check the compound box on the top right side of the prescribing window, you should be able to send that way. Good luck. There are other meds that are missing, but according to AC it was just my problem..........

Thank you, you are correct. I finally got a reply from AC support with the exact solution.

Thanks for the update, glad it worked.
My question is WHY, WHY, WHY would the update have done this????? No answer from AC, still looking for those folks that beta tested this version. V12 is still a fiasco and the conversion of the data bank of meds which should have improved prescribing did not. Hopefully Version 12.1 or whatever is next will fix some issues. I did not attend the meeting Wednesday.
