For cntrolled substances in FNB prescribing, you have to validate your pin number:

You need to use your EPCS pin and put it into Edit>My Preferences>User Preferences>Prescriptions, at the top, then hit SAVE at the bottom.

What is your actual PIN?

I will head to the First National Bank ATM right now. By the end of the day i am guessing your account will be empty.

I guess I can't say that. But with EPCS, you always had to enter that PIN number before the AUTHY authentication. I thought that would work. It does but you have to do that thing where you use preferences to validate it to FNB. Guess who told me. Trish. She's the absolute best.

By the end of the day. I only have 1585 left. Thanks so much for your help.

Thanks, I could not figure it out without this post. Weirdly, on one of my workstations the pharmacy preferences window "save" button was below where I could click on it and not visible. I could reach it on my new server so it turned out OK.

Jack,

Glad you got it working. It is not that intuitive.
