After upgrading to V12.0.0, one user account is much slower than other accounts. I've tried her account on 2 computers and they are both slow. I've tried my account on her computer and it's normal speed. Any ideas? Her account type is "medium:nursing." The account was NOT slow prior to the upgrade.
