Patient list, right click pt name, scroll down to print, open this and will get a list of options, 3rd one down is Formal Health Record, enter HIPAA info or skip, check all the boxes you want and include the one for imported items at the bottom tht is no inline with the others.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.

I saw if there are say, 50 pdf items, they open side by side, all 50 of them and it appears the only way is to go to each one and print one by one say with separate click for each one.

Is there a way to print the entire records with just a few clicks rather than separately?

Hi Joseph.

Are you on a locally hosted version of Amazing Charts, or on our Cloud Hosted version?

There may be a way to do this, depending on the version.

So with being locally hosted, the PDF's will open in their default application. What you need is the full paid version of Adobe Acrobat (not the free reader version). When the PDF's open in that, right click on any tab and select "Print All Tabs". This will print all the individual tabs on that application.

Just make sure your printer is well stocked. :-)

Thank you Mark.

We are sending the records on a CD printed to pdf. No paper.

Our recipe modified from Chris FNP and Mark:

Select name
Patient tab
Print
Formal health record
Enter who it is released to or skip
Mark every item on the list
Preview or print to pdf or paper
- This will print all the in-office generated notes, and all lab and radiology reports that come electronically.

Re: Actual imported items:
Find the patient ID number
Go to server AC folder, import items, find the patient number, copy the whole folder and save in your destination folder- to be copied and printed if needed to paper- this will be a few clicks instead of adobe acrobat full version. (This way done partly because it is faster, partly because there are all kinds of file formats in imported I believe - pdf, tiff, jpeg ? and other characters, not just pdf)

If you right click on the tab and say "Print all Tabs" could you then elect to "Print to PDF" to combine them to one file?

Did not try that Mark. We had difficulty with even the full version of adobe to print all tabs. So didn't pursue the way you suggested. Thank you.

You do not have to print any inter-office messages even upon subpoena.
