When downloading and instructed to put a destination folder in, I am unable to do so. It just spins waiting and has no response. I'm hoping someone can help with this issue as EZClaims no longer has support for this. Thank you for any help.

Do you use Amazing charts? I hope someone will be willing to help you but EZClaim is not a product directly linked to AC. We do not use it in our office. Last edited by ChrisFNP; 05/31/2024 2:53 PM.
