Ok. Getting frustrated trying to write prescriptions and they will not go through, saying the pharmacy note is too long.
Example:

(Approved electronic renewal request sent to NewCrop. Renewal matched to lisinopril-hydrochlorothiazide 20 mg-25 mg oral tablet. Approved electronic renewal request sent to NewCrop. Renewal matched to lisinopril-hydrochlorothiazide 20 mg-25 mg oral tablet.)

Even if nothing is on the pharmacy note line the prescription is still rejected because statements similar to the above show up. I have to end up writing a new script and inactivating the prior medication, and even then it sometimes take 3 tries to do it.

Definitely taking "too many useless clicks".

Any ideas. I have v12 but this is not a new problem

Go to the summary page, open the medications and you will see that string in the notes box, delete and save and you are good.

Very frustrating. And time consuming

This started with New Crop update a few months ago. Everyone will see it soon.......but doesn't seem to be all meds.

Not sure V12 fixes the issue, I think it will stop adding the comment in the note (hidden until you go to summary page). You can hover over the medication and see the string of messages.

Thanks. That worked but not happy with this. So now I need to Map meds then clear the pharmacy notes then write prescriptions.
Needs to be fixed.

Finding a glitch.

When I go the the summary or pull up the medication list and delete the "New Crop" and other info on the memo line it also removes the medication from the Favorites list and I have to write the whole prescription over again.

Has anyone noted this?

Another pain.

There are several issues with the prescribing. Hopefully it gets worked out, doesn't seem like we are going to get much response here.

The inactive meds list is showing double the med listing for certain ones, not sure how or why!

Spending this Friday evening mapping things. I have the "low threshold" attitude tonight. Why does it even have to "free text medication" when you know it is something either no longer available or you'll never use again?
