I have decided to do electronic controlled substance transmission but ran into a problem:

When settingup you have to pay the 250.00. I tried to do that within the setup screen, but it would not connect to Paypal (some error message stating the browser is out of date). It gave the option to paste the link in Chrome which I did. I paid Paypal but was never sent back to the setup page to continue with the registration page. If I log out of administrative screen from AC and log back in it shows that I have registered for a year. I am trying to follow the instructions to register and setup, but cannot get further then the initial screen that shows you paid and the administrators you select.
Before calling support I would like to know if there is something I am missing here. The instructions from page 10 on show screens that do not come up.

Sorry, can't really help has been a couple of years since I did this. I do think I had to call support to activate.

Okay, I thought it was solved, but it is not.

I registered, followed the steps, was authenticated and received my token. No instructions with the token. I tried activating the token and it appears to be authenticated, but I still cannot prescribe scheduled drugs. I must be missing something and do not have the instructions anymore of settingup EPCS. I did check the "Enable eprescribing of controlled substances check box". Before I call support does anyone have a link to the instructions for setting up EPCS?
