Not sure if this has been addressed, but would anyone else agree that it would be better if the default for the Rx renewal window is UNCHECKED for all the requests? I typically do them one by one and have a few times accidentally hit SEND for the first request before looking at the lower listed requests and forgot to hit UNCHECK ALL first. Then I have to reconstruct what I did, make sure it is all OK, and call pharmacies if any changes are needed. Minor annoyance, and due to my error when it happens, but it is easy to screw up and timely to fix.

Agree.

Multiple specialist prescribers, Multiple pharmacies mail/ retail. Controlled subs, PA expensive meds. Cash meds. 3m 1m fills. Almost never do a refill all.

Well supposedly in the later versions AC has already done this, but hopefully they have. While they are changing that default, they can add the Anti-Bert mistake that I must make at least 1 in 20 times. Which doesn't sound like much, but it is embarrassing and inefficient.

I get the script to the last window right before you send it, then close the script writer and never sent it. Of course since it should be obvious to the program that you meant to click send, it should ask you if you really want to close the script writer without sending the medication. But I think they have already done it.

While on the subject, the Transaction Status Page under the NewCrop tab is useless. I just did one on a patient with one med (more transactions), but it took (and I timed it) 34 seconds. The SQL Query shouldn't have to go to that many tables. It should be rather instantaneous.

On the attachments, yes, we do everything in a washed-out blue color.

I agree with Bert. Writing that data to the database should not take that long. It would be interesting to see what the program is really doing behind the scenes of some of these long operations.
