We received Message that upgrade to V12 is Mandatory by 6/30/24 due to retirement Lexi-Pro database and E-Prescribe will not work. But there is no version 12 on AM website Added Screenshot
For some reason after seeing that new message for 2 days. It is now back to the mandatory v12 upgrade by end of June 2024. Strange. AC didn't have any usability problems.
I'm waiting until end of May or first of June to go v12 to see if the guinea pigs find any last minute bugs.
The FHIR API message was a mandatory message we had to put out for the CURES Act. It is new functionality and at this time does not affect any practices on their day to day operations.
As for Version 12, that version is currently still in Beta which is why you do not see it available yet on the client portal. If you wish to participate in the beta program, you can reach out to support to get upgraded early.

Sorry didn't see the message or this post. Was not looking at the forums the last couple of days. I am going to Beta test version12 but still waiting for a good time.....
I would like to point out to everyone that AC version 12 is:
* A REQUIRED UPGRADE TO BE DONE BY JUNE 30 * YET STILL IN BETA
And we are at the end of April. What that means is upgrade appointments are going to be tight once version 12 is ready since we tech guys can no longer do the upgrade for you because AC has to certify your server.
And don't forget those LabCorp and other interfaces that have to also be changed.
Therefore, those of you who are still on obsolete versions of Windows Server, such as 2012 and 2012 R2, or just want a faster server, please get your new servers in and set up NOW. That way all you have to do is do the AC upgrade and coordinate with LabCorp and others. Trying to do it all at one time is nothing short of asking for lots and lots of downtime and trouble that will cost you lots of $$$$$$.
I'm available for server upgrades. My email is in my profile and signature.
Hopefully someone from AC can chime in......... My understanding is it will be like other upgrades, try it yourself, it should work.......but that is the reason for making appointments early for those that can't or the upgrade doesn't work. I think Harris/AC is committed to making it as painless as possible since it is a mandatory upgrade. I have not started the Beta testing yet but will post when I start.
Volunteering for beta v12. Someone relay to AC? I sent a tech support note but might get lost in the fray. We forum members should make good beta testers.
