Logged onto AC this morning and was faced with accepting a new agreement with Caretracker, as far as I know I don't use it so ignored the accept/not accept and hit the ...I need to access the software and do not have authority to sign agreement button, got in and appears working fine. No one to talk to today so gonna keep ignoring the request. Anyone else deal with this?

and you only get 24 hr to use your data once then get totally locked out unless agree to the CareTracker License agreement which as I read looks to be about the hosted product not the in office server based AC

Damn this is the same agreement already agreed to 4 months ago why the hell did they put it in again???

Apparently, there was some issues with redirection of the EULA which they just adjusted on the website.

The CareTracker verbiage is related to Amazing Charts being a subsidiary of CareTracker, given the way it is set up with our parent's parent, Harris Computer (whose parent is Constellation Software). Confusing and weird - but related to contracting. I will look further into this given the confusion - I suspect you are one of the few people who actually read it! Nice job!

"Irrevocable and further changes without notice" - this expects us to trust in their altruism (as a for-profit-company). The indication being if we don't accept their new agreement then we may have no access to our records, on-site, within 24-hours. That sounds like ransomware. We are seriously considering cancelling all of our patients for tomorrow if complete clarification isn't made by this afternoon.

Cancelling one day of patients is unfortunate enough, but what about the next day? If we get locked out of the system we paid for, and continuously pay for quite frankly, what good is that?

Why spring this on a Monday morning with no notice?
