I am currently using 11.1.4. I am one of those who doesn't like to upgrade often. But out of the blue one of my computers cannot connect to SQL. AC tried for over an hour and the answer was, "weird." It is weird. We tried everything, so it was recommended to upgrade. I have to upgrade anyway for the First Databank thing.
I believe that 11.5 is the latest version. Is 11.5 stable or should I upgrade to 11.3 or 11.4?

Basically try to wait for 12.0 which will be required by end of June 2024.

Opening AC/Cloud tonight I am met with this: Due to the retiring of Lexi-Data database, you must upgrade to V12 by June 30 or you will NOT be able to ePrescribe! Please book an appointment ASAP by clicking here so we can assist and prevent a disruption in your office.
Please tell me it's been beta tested! I think I'll wait until 3 weeks before the deadline to do it, probably on version 12.1.3 by then.

So far 11.5 has been very stable. There are some good improvements but some that need to be reworked. I have had the system crash when printing an order. I had AC tech look and he found an issue from the Microsoft side, reset a couple of things and I have not had that issue again. Sorry, not very technical and only did this on Thursday of last week. I will keep you posted. It is my understanding that 11.5 is still considered Beta and 12 is being back tested. I asked to be able to beta test 12 as soon as it is available.

I just created a VM on Computer 1, and it works fine. Connects with no issue making the other problem even weirder. Gives me time though to wait until v12.
