How are we to enter PCV 20 when given. The administration code 90677 is NOT in CPT list. Tried adding it to the CPT library manually. After adding it manually it shows up in the library when choosing edit library, but you cannot add it in the "define orders and order sets" section in the AC Administration utlity. When you try to add an immunization and have to add the CPT the newly added CPT code does not appear.

Any suggestions? Running V11.1.4

Mine shows up in the Define Order & Order sets.
I remember I had to create a ticket in Sept 2023 about adding PCV20 but I don't remember exactly why. You might have to do that to get AC Support to help you.

What I did to fix it for us is I went into define order sets in Administration and edited the old PCV order by changing the CPT code to 90677. It accepted the change. Now the 90677 shows up in my orders when I choose "PCV". The CPT code is still not in the library. I also ran into a problem trying to add 87426 for COVID test. This CPT code is also not in the library.
Just a question to all: How and when is the CPT library updated?. It seems that the new codes are not there.
