Hello. I have a server-based AC. I know that I can use an iPad and, through a remote desktop app, I think I will be able to run the AC on my server. Is it possible, in this mode, to dictate directly into the AC without Dragon but just by utilizing the microphone embedded in the iPad keyboard function? Thanks.

I am not sure if you can do that. Would take someone smarter than I. But the big reason I don't dictate into AC using Dragon Natural Speaking is you can't move easily through the fields.

I do not believe it would work in that set up. If AC was installed locally, it may work (I have experimented with the Windows speech to text along with the handwriting tool on Windows). But since it is cloud based, I think the built in speech to text from Apple would have difficulties transferring over the Windows RDP session.

Recently I tried using Microsoft Word's speech to text feature and it was amazingly correct. Copy and paste.
