We currently have the NEWCROP/refill requests inactive. Can you all share the pros and cons on it?

pros:

less faxes
2-3 click refill
mult refill at once in one place

cons:
walgreens doesn't do electronic rf for me, anyone else succesful?
sometimes changes sig to pharmacy text. i think avoided by setting rx preference inexact match ok, then matching the rf request to med in ac with right click.
occasional electronic rf request changes med status to "inactive" happens with some amlodipine rxs for me. bug never completely fixed yet

Everything. Saves call from parents or patient, saves faxes from pharmacies. It is a win-win-win. Cons, sometimes you have left a medication in their list of prescriptions and you do not want to refill it, but a) maybe you refill a med that they don't pick up or b) you can always choose Call the office first or Sent by other means or no longer using medication.
