I swear I'm a smart person, but trying to run reports is simply not something I am having a great time with. Let me explain my situation, perhaps someone has an answer/workaround.
We utilize VaxCare for our vaccine inventory for private vaccines. I loathe vaccines. Not like the use of them, just the complicated ways in which we currently manage them. To give one private vaccine, we currently - document in AC, document in our State Registry (I'm trying to turn on the interface, but they've done something weird to it when they've attempted it in the past and now it's being.....quirky), and for PRIVATE pay vaccines only, we ALSO have to scan them into VaxCare. So ya know - triple charting.
Getting the vaccines down to automatically document in the state registry not withstanding, this last 2 month period of time, our inventory ended up being off by 13 vaccines. 13. That's $730 in vaccines that I'll have to tell the owners that they are eating the cost of, if we can't locate them in AC and connect the two occurrences.
So, TL/DR - I need to figure out a way to create a report for all of the vaccines given over the last 2 months. I would like, in the future, to be able to run it for the last month only, and plan to run and reconcile every month. I cannot seem to put the right queries together to run a report of all vaccines given in the last 3 days.
Can someone tell me what queries I can put together for that to happen?
