Having an issue with the database tuner for 11.4. Keep getting an error "execution timeout expired". I have changed my sql to not have timeouts but not sure why I can get this tuner to process. Seems to happen when it gets to the LabResultsDetail table. Any ideas?

I have no idea but please keep us posted on how you get this fixed. This is one of a few reasons why I don't think AC should charge for upgrading!!!!!

Ended up saying nuts to the upgrade because the error kept occuring, no matter how I changed the timeouts in SQL. Rolled back to 11.3.2 and reran the tuner and left it at that.

Agree, please keep us posted what the fix is. Useful for other DIY 11.4 upgraders.

I just can't go to a version that is not throughly vetted. I already am familiar with the bugs on 11.1.2 and we get along just fine.

Updated to 11.3.2 went smoothly on server 2019 vm. Got a little nervous when it seemed stuck on setting permissions for a long time. Will update daily use in a week.

11.3.2 Working fine x 1 week. No crashes.

Notable changes from 11.1.4:

Write scripts page no longer saves changes unless you actually send it to a pharmacy. Anyone have a way around it? It's the fastest way to record changes to meds rather than over on summary/meds list/edit.
Tab and Caps are top of list and stick if you tab to next field instead of having to click. Much better.
Due to my use of scaling, prescribing interface is a bit misaligned.

Imported items pdfs now using Microsoft Edge pdf viewer. Since I use scaling on AC in
Windows to prevent microscopic text and it doesn't seem to like the new pdf viewer, interface is misaligned, especially print dialog. Any solutions? Can I revert to old pdf viewers, make the pdf viewer scaling aware?

Unread messages back to bold. Messages delete after replying. Back to the way it was in version 10 or so.

EPCS controlled subs can be prescribed all within AC - newcrop web pages. Much better flow.

If scaling can be fixed or a true High DPI aware interface can be implemented that would be excellent.

Overall, stable with nice quality of life improvements. Kudos!
