The dropdown on the patient list is a great feature and works very well. My only suggestion would be to alphabetize by the actual subject:

Add chart addendum make Addendum
Set a reminder make Reminder
Open practice rolodex make Rolodex

When you are looking for Addendum, Reminders or Rolodex, you don't think to look for Add, Set and Open.

Good Idea, I always have a hard time finding the Rolodex when I use it because I use i so rarely.
