You will be on an outdated operating system myself and many others will no longer support, including Microsoft, and you will not be HIPAA compliant. If you require assistance, please feel free to reach out. After October, the only assistance I will offer for Windows Server 2012, and previous operating systems, will be to get you off of it, not fix it. Upgrading does not have to cost a fortune. There are very cost-effective ways to peel this particular banana even for small shops with one doctor and 3 employees. Please feel free to reach out. koby Member Joined: May 2009 Posts: 830 Likes: 2 Canaan CT	Yep this is my issue to address soon; given I run a Mom and Pop office my wife the front end (Office manager,insurance laison,quasi medical assistant) me the back end (Doc/Nurse/Janitor/ i.t. wannabe) and that I'm looking at maybe another 2 years of practice before the 'R' word I'm wondering about just going back to a peer to peer network.
