Multiple crashes per hour...when right-clicking on a patients name to get the drop down list to get to Imported Items.
Version 11.1.2
Anyone else have this issue or a work around for it?

Not normal. Any recent updates or changes? Same thing on multiple workstations? Reboot the individual workstation. Server working ok?
Call AC tech support. Good luck. Let us know if it was a specific cause.

We have three computers. The main at the doctors desk, mine at the front and his laptop. The only update we've had recently was for Adobe a couple of weeks ago. I'll see what AC says and will let you know.

What if you access the imported items with F9?

So, AC Tech Support remoted in and did some kind of sorcery to the main computer, then to mine and now it's working for the time being. But I will definitely try using the F keys to reduce those clicks.

It does reduce clicks, but I was also wondering if it avoided the problem for you.
Anyway, glad the problem is fixed!
