Like it says in the Shout Box, I can go my med list, then go to EPCS. The drug won't be there, but then it will be gone in the AC med list. I also have difficulty sending it with two-factor authentication. I have a call out to AC support.

I am sure every one go this message this morning "Amazing Charts was notified of a potential NewCrop eRx issue in which prescriptions written in their partner EHRs - including Amazing Charts - may be appearing in the NewCrop Discontinued Medications list. "

Glad to see that AC is communicating. This is frustrating but it has also been where when we refill via electronic requests meds will be inactivated. This does not seem to have a rhyme or reason just happens and still no word on how to fix the issue.

Yes, me too. Probably all NewCrop. I received an email directly from a top guy in support. I think they are all over this.

I have been seeing similar for a long time, showed it to AC tech support. I even had instances where names of meds will change when you hover over them. Showed Tech, this is not a new problem just wide spread enough someone is actually listening. What would have changed recently is the question?

Surescripts making you write "unspecified" for all meds.

Did the electronic refill requests this morning, went back to look at one and the refill got sent in under an NP that is no longer in the office. I was signed in, request came to my inbox and still the refill kept the [previous NP's name on the prescription. Just part of the continued prescribing problems with AC.

I haven't received an eRx refill request to my Inbox in AC for probably the last 3 months.

****AC Support please pay attention - other prescribing issues here. Likely Newcr_p related. We can help you debug stuff if you listen.

This issue has been randomly affecting me too. Occasionally on refill the med will move to inactive. Then I am scratching my head figuring out if they are on it or if I discontinued it.

I would like to second how cool it is that AC seems to be communicating more. And not only to everyone, but I have had two or three emails directly from AC support on this issue. Both came from Team Lead in Costa Rica so I wonder if they are outsourcing some support.

80% of good support and what 90% of clients are looking for is just to know the company is aware of the big issue and is also away of the client's issues.

I just made up the percentages, but they have to be close.
