To bulk delete II, as you said, find the patient number and go to the server, open C; Program files (x86)... AmazingCharts... ImportItems" and search for the cooresponding numbered file.
Delete the contents of the file.
Then go to admin options and under the "Tools" tab. open the "Imported Items - Repair missing files and links" selection. Follow the three steps.
