Anyone know how to reset the Pharmacy Request (erx refill count) on the main screen?

Mine now erroneously reads (2) although everything is cleared. Started after I got a few controlled sub EPCS refill requests that I was unable to figure out, but did enough to disappear them off the worklist.

Tried optimize database, no luck. Checked newcrop screens, didn't see anything obvious.

Smartphone and email users are either ### hundreds of unread notifications or 0. I'm a zero kind of guy, so this (2) on my AC screen is grating.

Look through the other users and see if they have a refill request. I had this happened in the past and think that was the fix.

I found that running the Database Tuner on the server seems to fix the problem.
You would then exit out of AC on the workstations and restart.
I do it whenever the numbers seem to be out of sync.
