Hi everyone and Mark@AC,
I was billed for a service (State Immunization Registering Submission) I already cancelled last year on my account. AC still charged me, I logged into the account and it's marked as cancelled. How to contact AC to ask for money back? I tried tech support chat online, called billing and left a message. I just do not know how to contact AC? Mark@AC, are you still at AC? Can you please help me on this?

Did you get anywhere with AC Billing? I have had an issue in the past and was able to resolve it with emails.

I have always received a call back within two to three hours when leaving a message for support especially on Friday through Sunday. It would seem they could direct you.
