Hi all,
We have ACv8.3 and are trying to block out a half hour slot every afternoon for acutes. I see how to add a lunch break every day in the scheduling module of the administrator functions. However, I don't see any possibility of adding a second break in the afternoon, nor do I see any way of adding a placeholder patient with the name of "Hold For Acutes" on a daily basis which can be double booked with a real acute patient if needed. Adding the placeholder appointment manually every day is too cumbersome, obviously.
Is there a method for this?
(I do see that there is a block-out option in the scheduling module of the administrative functions, however I apparently can't use that on the schedule that has already had patients added; only for new whole-day scheduling in the future)

Sorry but I cannot help either.
I always find making significant long term scheduling changes like this to be difficult. And that is working with our current version, 11.2. I remember it being harder in the past but much as I would like to help you, I cannot even play with it to try to help when you are on version 8. (Not that I am faulting you for being there. I understand).
