Hi,
I just encountered a problem, I cannot sign off the chart, and cannot forward it too. There are gray lines covering the vitals, I never see this before. Does anyone have the same experience? and how did you solve it?

You may have been locked out from that particular patient's chart. Have another user login and go to the demographics screen. On the right hand side you will see an option to restrict chart access. Make sure your name is not on that list. Have another user uncheck it (you cannot unrestrict your own access)
