As of April 1st, we are to use place of service code 10 for telehealth performed while patient is at home. I am now getting claims denied because AC does not have code 10, it only has code 2 for telehealth. I have sent several requests to AC and their development team to make this high priority to fix and yet nothing seems to be happening.
Does anyone have a work-around for this or any other suggestions?

Not sure what you are asking? Where are you putting this code? Not sure I can help but will try, I remember there was a post on how to put in new CPT codes.
I asked my biller and she said she does this in our billing software. We use Harris Caretracker for the billing so I do not worry about it in the AC Chart.

They have updated it in AC and added the POS "Telehealth"; however, it doesn't list "10". Kris from AC/ACPM Harris called and walked me through it the other day.

Hi Chris, This may be the post that you have in mind: If you need to add the CPT code in AC, this can be done in Admin Options. Once you are in the Admin Options, click on Tools at the top and then "CPT Database" from there, the option to add a code is at the bottom. sorry if I wasn't clear, not looking to add a CPT, the place of service codes were updated on Jan 1st and take effect on April 1st for telehealth. code 02 is for telehealth when patient is not at home and code 10 is when patient is at home. see: https://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Coding/place-of-service-codes/Place_of_Service_Code_Setthis is entered on the superbill screen after signing one's note. I hope they add code 10 soon as we are already getting claims denied. Thanks Aaron

I can confirm that PoS Code 10 has been added in Version 11.2, which is currently in Beta.
