Got hit by ransomware last week.
Too complicated of a decryption key and I wasn’t willing to for over $50,000 and likely not get data back.
Luckily I have nightly backup to IDrive.
Ended up reformatting drives and reinstalling.
I did not make an appointment with support, but they responded right away!
Ended up having 2 people login to fix it but they helped restore the data and provision the database.
They were able to get me back up and seeing patients in less than 45 minutes.
In the past, support has been very slow and not always helpful.
This current experience was the extreme opposite.
I was very impressed with the quality and speed of the support staff!
