Since installing all new workstations and server and getting rid of RDS and going back to client/server, I have not had one crash in over a month. Not one. I think when AC is run on a really good network it behaves. There is just one weird thing though that may be due to Windows 11. (We used it as we were starting fresh). It is crazy like a ghost.

A user can open AC and get to the point of logging in. You log in and the program just vanishes. Into thin air. No crash. Just gone.

Youi have to do a repair, then that computer is fixed.

SORRY TO SHOULT, BUT HAS ANYONE SEEN THIS?

Hi Bert,

Glad to hear this, and good to hear from you on the board. I'm sure that was a mammoth undertaking.

But, big picture: You considered and thoroughly evaluated just about every other EMR out there, and decided to stick with Amazing Charts? Good to know.

This is weird. Every patient's prescription writer can bring up NewCrop, just pops right up. I have this one patient where there is nothing. Same patient all the time.

Hey Bert, I have seen this a few times where when you click the newcrop button in a patient's chart but nothing happens....I have found that is it related to a prescription sig on either one or multiple prescriptions either having an invalid character or extra space at the end/beginning of the sig. Finding that script and fixing it should allow newcrop to open or it has for me.
