I cruise this board from time to time, even though I have been away from AC for 8 years. Doctors who use Amazing Charts still strike me as being the most self-sufficient and flexible group of Docs I have met. So here is my pitch; out of the great morass of 21st century American medicine someone will at any given time be so totally fed up that they are willing to take a really big leap. I am currently Chief of Staff at a small hospital on Saipan, a tropical island in the Northern Mariana Islands, and a US territory.
