Did anyone else see the email about the increased pricing for hosting AC on your own server? How do you feel about it? I understand a price increase but why go up on those of us using our own server? More tech support involved for those of use with in house records?
yep not exactly happy about it but with probably 3 more years before retirement guess will just grin and bear it although yearly I always do the ? go to OpenEMR dance. As far as to why the increase I suspect the main driver is decreased new sales, rate of physicians/providers in private practice continues to drop and that has to be where 99.9% of AC sales/usage comes from.
