I understand a price increase but why go up on those of us using our own server? More tech support involved for those of use with in house records? As far as to why the increase I suspect the main driver is decreased new sales, rate of physicians/providers in private practice continues to drop and that has to be where 99.9% of AC sales/usage comes from.
